Motivation

Tectoy is an iconic Brazilian brand, remembered for bringing Sega consoles to Brazil and for leading one of the boldest innovation ventures in the country’s gaming market with the Zeebo.

More than consoles, Tectoy represents fun, nostalgia, and imagination. This project begins with a question: what if its identity were as iconic as its own history?

Challenge

Shift the brand’s perceived value by taking Tectoy into a new visual territory: more technological, desirable, and contemporary, without erasing its emotional legacy.

Development

The project expands the brand into a complete system, encompassing corporate identity, sub-brands, product concepts, photography direction, and launch applications designed to reposition Tectoy as an emotional technology brand.

Visual Language

Photography Direction

Aesthetic: A fusion of contemporary minimalism and 2000s futuristic nostalgia (Y2K), with clean settings and analog filters.

Composition: Isometric imagery that conveys precision and technical modernity.

The Innovation Squad: Human-centered photography focused on Tectoy’s factory workers, positioning the production line as the technological and innovative heart of the brand.

System: Each piece has its own personality while remaining consistent with the TecFlow design language.

Think Better: The naming references the iconic “Pense Bem,” bringing emotional memory into a contemporary technology context.
